  • June 19th<br /> <br /> 25th Anniversary<br /> <br /> A wood duck in flight taken by the Boss, hey I've never even gotten close:-)<br /> <br /> Today is for Don, my best friend, my biggest fan and best critic. To say I trust him with my life ,I'm a control freak so that is saying something. Real type A if he bumps his elbow, but ice water in his veins if it gets ugly serious. I have always said Don does Clint Eastwood better than Clint. He has a great sense of humor, you have to look real close to see the slight crinkle by his eyes when he is jerking your chain. He puts up with me and that deserves a medal. We laugh a lot, at each other and ourselves. He's quirky, he still can't figure out where his underwear is kept, but knows every conifer he has ever bought, how much he paid, and who ihe bought it from, I think we are close to 300 now. Its a fun ride, always has been, good or bad, every marriage has its moments, but I can't imagine life w/o him..Oh I guess I should mention I love him a bunch too.

    Very common here as well, yet till this haven't gotten a credible shot of one, very frustrating:-)

    I don't mind not seeing the whole bird. Love seeing the closeup details around the face and the pretty fine feathering on his chest. This is probably our most 'common' bird........next to crows. These little happy fellas are all over our neighborhood.
