  • July 23rd<br /> <br /> I have been quietly obsessing about getting a shot of a Turkey Vulture exposed correctly (or close) and keeping a blue sky. It has been so bad that Don would call me outside if there was one 1/2 mile away..And yea I would often go for it..Pathetic:-)<br /> Today it worked pretty well, huge crop, the bird is in focus and the EC while not perfect ain't bad. I'm pretty pleased with myself, and yes I'm easy:-)

Someone with better post skills could get more out of this and the same could be said for camera skills and the light. I have never had a heron stay so still when I approched.     I agree...looks like he's saying "can Thusie come out and play????" Probably just looking for his plate of mixed nuts! Cute shot Thusie! Pretty lighting and background.
